Olli-Pekka Hilmola is currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in Taltech/EMERA, Estonia, and as Visiting Prof. in University of Gävle, Sweden. Previously, he has worked as Professor for nearly two decades in Finland (LUT University 2005-2024, and Turku School of Economics, 2003-2004). Together with this he has worked as Visiting Prof. earlier in China (Beijing) and Sweden (Skövde). He is affiliated with number of int. journals through editorial boards. Total amount of published scientific journal manuscripts reaches around 200 works, and total count of all scientific publications is around 350. He has also authored number of books. Research interests lie in the areas of transportation logistics, supply chains, industrial management and quantitative methods.
