AIRSHIP attends European Maritime Day and European Blue Forum in Brest

AIRSHIP attended the European Maritime Day held in Brest on the 24th and 25th of May. Organized by the European Commission, the European Maritime Day is a landmark event where Europe’s maritime Community meet to define and coordinate mutual actions on maritime affairs and sustainable blue economy. The event connects a wide range of stakeholders, such as businesses, governments, public institutions, NGOs and academia as well as EU citizens interested in the sea.

On the 26th, AIRSHIP attended the European Blue Forum, where challenges and opportunities for the Blue Economy in Europe were discussed, as well as the necessary steps towards a fossil fuel free transition. AIRSHIP is aligned with these common goals, aiming to develop a sustainable, fully electrical WIG transportation vehicle that can transport persons and goods.
