AIRSHIP PROJECT at the Aviation Twin Transition (ATT) Cluster Event

Nearly 50 experts from across Europe met in Athens for the ATT Cluster Event to explore the future of sustainable aviation and Urban Air Mobility (UAM). Over two days, participants attended keynote speeches from the European Commission and Flying Forward 2020, panel discussions on the aviation economy, climate-conscious trajectory planning, and user-driven sustainability tools.

Workshops and networking sessions connected Horizon Europe projects, includin ImAFUSA , Di-PEGASUS, COLOSSUS, and the AIRSHIP PROJECT, encouraging collaboration at the intersection of sustainability and digitalisation in aviation. AIRSHIP presented the topic of Autonomous Electric Ground-Effect Cargo Craft. The event highlighted innovative ideas, cutting-edge research, and practical strategies shaping a greener, smarter, and more connected aviation ecosystem.
